Our clients frequently execute important change processes where a range of IT applications, staff and business capabilities are transformed. Although project frameworks are in place, these important change processes are often handled and controlled manually and through use of excel like solutions.

We typically meet very strong subject matter experts who wants assistance to create an automated process with the opportunity to keep stakeholders updated live without having to spend time on manual reports and presentations. Another requirement is often to create logged online approvals of keys steps in the process as well as automated follow up on topics deviating from an expected standard. In other words, to lift the steering of the change process from being manual to being automated, documented and intelligent.

How do we support our clients?

We jointly assess the context and agree on the key success criteria. From experience, it is about meeting the key objectives. This could for instance be the acquisition of a competitor and hence a need for migrating and absorbing applications, staff and business capabilities.

Below we illustrate how a manual M&A process can be changed to run structured on an automated solution covering all steps of from creating a solution design to having customers onboarded on the target solution. The process example covers handling all the IT applications with are part of the acquisition.

An overview of applications pr. functional category
An overview of applications pr. target decision (TIME model)
An overview of progress pr. application through each of the steps in the change (this example shows a M&A process)

During implementation, the management cockpit can also be launched at mobile devices making it simple and fast for all stakeholders and decision makers to be updated and initiate specific actions
